$300–500 · 90 minutes at your home

A focused, unhurried walk of your property with someone who's seen hundreds of projects go right — and wrong. You'll leave with clarity about what you actually need, in what order, and why.

  • Full walkthrough of every project on your list — we look at what's connected and what's not
  • Sequencing recommendations — what has to happen before what, and why the order matters
  • Identification of hidden issues — what you'll likely find once you open walls, and how to plan for it
  • Trade recommendations — who you need, in what order, and what to ask them
  • Written summary of findings and recommended next steps — yours to keep and act on
  • Applied toward coordination if you want Field & Ledger to manage the work
The session fee is $300 for focused single-project work and up to $500 for larger homes or multi-project scope. You'll know which applies before you book.
